Richard Bickelhaupt

Pastor, School Founder

Pastor Bickelhaupt founded Grace Baptist Church in 1986 with the desire to reach Oak Harbor and the surrounding communities with the Gospel of Christ.  In 2004, this desire led Pastor Bickelhaupt to start OCCA.  He has a master of religious education from Andersonville Baptist Seminary.  He currently teaches several subjects including Bible, science and art.

Joe Brock

Associate Pastor, Teacher

Joe joined the staff of Grace Baptist in 2008 as assocaite pastor. Joe graduated from Crown College of the Bible (Powell, TN) in 2007 with a degree in Missions.  He and his wife, Erica, have one child.
